Subject to Change started from a simple idea: take materials with real history and rebuild them into something new, considered, and lasting. The fades, the stitching, the breaks—those details lead the design. We try not to overwork them. They’ve already done all the hard work.

Every bag is made by hand, slowly, with the goal of feeling both worn-in and refined. Nothing here is meant to feel precious in a fragile way—just special in a way you can live with.

There’s no agenda to outdo the originals. We want to shape materials with history into pieces that feel honest and comfortable in everyday life.
